Delhi, February 12: Defending champions India delivered a dominant all-round performance to defeat Namibia by 93 runs in their ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 Group A encounter at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.

After being put in to bat, India came out firing.
Ishan Kishan set the tone with a blistering 61 off just 24 balls, smashing boundaries all around the ground and putting Namibia’s bowlers under immediate pressure.
Middle-order contributions from Hardik Pandya (52) and quick cameos from the lower order powered India to a commanding total of 209/9 in 20 overs.
Despite picking up wickets at intervals, Namibia struggled to contain India’s aggressive batting approach.
